It’s been a wonderful year for us. Serving our customers online from our headquarters in Reading, we have endeavored to provide our customers with the best quality window blind selection. We have expanded our marketing to include social media connections on Twitter and Facebook, as well as engaged in some fun and interesting promotions.
In order to keep the prices of our products affordable, we have implemented our online store to serve our customers across the United Kingdom. The valuable feedback from our customers has told us that they appreciate the convenience of being able to order custom blinds from the comfort of their own homes. Free samples of fabrics and blind finishes (while costly to us) mean that our customers can order with confidence having evaluated their favourite choices at home before buying. We think these services make a big difference to the purchase experience of our clients, and we are happy to offer them.
We know that our customers have many options when it comes to purchasing window blinds. But what we continue to strive for is to differentiate Made to Measure Blinds UK as a business that is committed to providing the quality care our customers deserve. We monitor our delivery times and quality assurance check our products to ensure that we are proud of the bespoke blinds we ship to our customers. It is personally rewarding (and something I share with my wife) to read through the fantastic feedback we get from our customers on TrustPilot. It feels good to know we are on the right track and living up to our customer’s expectations.
In the New Year we hope to continue providing creative blog articles that inspire new décor ideas, as you look to refresh your home. We’ll provide more tips and suggestions for challenging home or commercial installations and support you when you require assistance.
