As a family-run business based in the UK there is an element to our approach that can be lacking in larger, corporate organisations.

Every order placed with us is reviewed before it is processed; we call it a ‘potential problem check’ — it’s just to make sure that customers haven’t made any obvious errors when measuring, for example confusing centimetres with inches.

Place an order with us and we follow it through the manufacturing process and check that every aspect of it reaches our standards before they are despatched.

Bought six blinds

I recently ordered six blinds from Made To Measure Blinds.

Five of the blinds arrived in five working days and one arrived in seven working days.

Very pleased with the blinds, top quality.

Peter is VERY good when it comes to dealing with queries. One of my blinds came without the top fix brackets, so I phoned Peter and explained. He posted the brackets on the same day. I was very pleased that there was someone at the other end who actually cared about his customers.

First order, now ordered six more

We selected Made To Measure Blinds because they offered a good range of colours for off-white wooden venetians and were price competitive, so decided to place an order for a single blind as a tester.

The resulting order arrived about ten days later by courier. We were pleased with the quality and finish and have now ordered six more of the same type.

The ordering form on the web-site isn’t the easiest to negotiate, particularly when ordering multiple blinds, but I found the staff very helpful when contacted by phone.

I made an error over the valance, and Peter has kindly arranged for the correctly sized replacement free of charge. All in all, excellent service.
